How To Order

1. How To Order

STEP 1 : Register or Login to your Account.

STEP 2 : Choose from any products online and click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Should you wish to change any item on your Shopping Cart, simply delete the item with the “x” icon and click “Update Cart” to refresh your cart.

STEP 3 : If you have a discount coupon, you may enter the code on the designated box and click “Apply Coupon”.

STEP 4 : Click “Proceed to Checkout” and follow the directions through the checkout process to complete the order.

Payment Options

We accept payment via VISA, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.   Payment is subject to individual bank’s approval.

Order Confirmation

DACON eShop will sent an email confirmation to you once the order has been received. Please check your INBOX or SPAM folder for copy of the receipt.   If you do not receive your receipt within 24-hours, please contact our Customer Service Hotline on next business day at (65) 6883-9752.

Shipping and Delivery

DACON eShop offers convenient shopping and FREE shipping within Singapore for orders over S$100. Products will be delivered to the person and address noted on the account’s SHIPPING DETAILS within 3 to 4 business days.

Warranty

DACON eShop products are subjected to standard limited warranty carry-in against manufacturer’s defects.

This limited warranty is only valid in Singapore, and the Product is not eligible for any international warranty service. Warranty service may only be performed by authorized service center.
Product is warranted for the specified Warranty Period from the date of original online purchase against defects in quality and materials under normal use.
This warranty only applies to products locally purchased from Dacon eShop or Dacon Networks Pte Ltd
Members are encouraged to register the product within 7 days from the date of purchase by logging on to  dacon.com.sg/eshop/warranty .

Replacement Policy

DACON will accept request for product exchange or replacement provided the product is within the prescribed warranty period with all original parts intact and complete.

To return a product for exchange or replacement, simply call us at (65) 6883-9752 during business hours.  You will be required to give the invoice number and the product serial number to ensure your replacement can be properly processed.  Please be sure to pack all original product packaging, manuals and accessories.

You may send the product for replacement to our business address either in person or by registered mail.  For registered mail please note, DACON is not responsible for returned purchase(s) lost by carriers.
